Apá is from São Paulo. He was born in 1989 and draws since his childhood, but his will of graffiting has started in 2005, when he decided to copy some drawings from a magazine he bought, called "Graffiti". With a childhood friend, Apá learned some techniques about graffiti in general, and for that his wish of graffiting became bigger and stronger. He stopped copying magazines' drawings and started using them as inspiration and references to his own creations. In the end of 2006, he started to use São Paulo's walls as his favorite canvas and it is possible to find some of his arts through Mooca's neighborhood, where he started to graffiti in fact. In 2007, one of his works was exposed in "Graffiti" magazine. In 2009, Apá traveled to Chile and participated in the event named "Muro por la paz" where he got in touch with artists from many different countries. "Muro por la paz" was one of the biggest graffiti panels at that time with around 2km of the art. He graduated in 2012 as a Visual Artist from São Judas Tadeu University, and this course has helped him on perfecting his art and discovering new techniques. In the same year, he participated at the "MOF - Meeting Of Favela" in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro. In 2013, he moved to Mexico, where he lived for a couple months and had the opportunity to show his works through the "CORES - 2014" art exhibition. Apá returned to Brazil in the beginning of 2014 and since then he has been working with charity, doing graffiti, workshops in institutions, and in November he had the opportunity of graffiting at the event named "Evento Beneficente Classitude Música e Arte". Apá is thirsty of knowledge and knows that he needs to perfect his work day by day, and he intends to never stop doing the thing he most loves!"
